Now in over 2,800+ store fronts across the nation, we are scaling our award-winning brand and technology.   Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst / Associate to elevate our FP&A organization during this exciting stage of growth. Our FP&A team is responsible for the Company’s strategy, planning and financing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development and FP&A, you'll play a critical part in facilitating corporate-level decision-making, guide company-wide financial planning, and scale new and existing processes. This is an opportunity to combine your financial modeling, business acumen, and data analytics in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (EXISTING):

· Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning: Build and maintain dynamic financial models, long-range forecasts,       and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
· Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead and support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, partnering         with department leaders to align financial targets with operational objectives.
· Business Partnering: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive the S&OP                   process, developing integrated sales and supply plans while identifying risks and opportunities. 
· Strategic Analysis & Decision Support: Analyze business performance and unit economics to support pricing,     new product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
· Reporting & Insights: Leverage Power BI and other analytical tools to build dashboards, automate reporting,     and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders and the executive team.
· Board & Investor Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packages, KPIs, and variance analyses for the Board of    Directors and investors. 
· Financing Support: Support financing activities including debt and equity fundraising, due diligence processes,    and capital structuring initiatives.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance existing FP&A processes to    support scalability in a high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
· 3+ years’ experience in investment banking, management consulting or in a corporate FP&A team at a high-        growth company
· Food and consumer product industry experience a plus
· Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills.                    Experience with applications including Power BI, SQL, Python, and or Tableau is a plus
· Detail oriented, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers
· Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to learn and take on responsibilities
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
