Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's daily schedule, ensuring meetings are timely and well-prepared with necessary materials and A/V support.
  • Handle personal calendar management for the CEO and OCEO Team.
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the CEO and OCEO Team.
  • Coordinate daily lunch arrangements and meal logistics.
  • Plan and organize domestic and international travel, both personal and professional, ensuring all details are meticulously arranged.
  • Schedule dinner reservations, events, and personal appointments as required.
  • Oversee and manage household staff, including drivers, housekeepers, and nannies.
  • Handle household and property management tasks with attention to detail.
  • Supervise ad-hoc household projects and personal initiatives as needed.
  • Coordinate holiday and personal gifting logistics.
  • Maintain CRM/network contacts and manage account access and security.
  • Organize legal and personal documentation efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the CEO and Executive Leadership team.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced personal support role within an office environment.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and commitment to maintaining discretion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with key domestic and international destinations is advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys contributing to a cohesive team.
